Nestled in the heart of St. Lucia on the roundabout where Central and Ninth Avenues converge with three other streets, and just down the road from the Ironside State School and the St. Lucia Kindergarten, the parish Church has stood proudly for fifty years. The slender tower lifts high the Christian symbol of the Cross and has been a landmark in the suburb since Michaelmas Day, 29th September, 1962.
