Nestled in the heart of St. Lucia on the roundabout where Central and Ninth Avenues converge with three other streets, and just down the road from the Ironside State School and the St. Lucia Kindergarten, the parish Church has stood proudly for fifty years. The slender tower lifts high the Christian symbol of the Cross and has been a landmark in the suburb since Michaelmas Day, 29th September, 1962.
Whether you are an Anglican from way-back, or simply a person trying to figure out who Jesus is – and what he has to do with your life in 21st Century, we hope you will find that you have come to the right place.
We invite you to bring your personal gifts, your hopes, your doubts, your joys, your own spiritual journey, and share them with us. Become part of our community at Christ Church, where worship, fellowship, prayer, ministry and service are enabling us to respond to God’s call to an exciting, intimate relationship with him.
