Annual General Meeting of Parishioners

The AGM is of great spiritual and material importance to the Parish, it is the Annual Business Meeting at which the Parish chooses its leadership for the coming year, reviews the past year and turns its sights to the future.

Nominations are now being called for:

 1.   Churchwardens (number to be determined at the AGM)

2.   Parish Nominators (number to be determined at the AGM)

3.  Parish Councillors (number to be determined at the AGM)

Click here to download the nomination form - and copies (on yellow paper) are available to collected from the bookshelf at the back of the church. 

Any number of persons may be nominated for these positions.  A nominated person must be over 18, be baptised and be a communicant member of the Anglican Church. It is expected that they worship regularly on Sundays and pledge financially to Christ Church. Completed nomination forms should be given to the Locum, Fr Bill Crossman by no later than Sunday, 23rd February, 2025

EVENSONG (Lent 1)

We meet to worship on custodial land of the oldest living civilisation in the world. We pay our respects to both the Jagera and the Turrbal people and their Elders, past, present and emerging, for they hold the hopes, dreams, traditions and cultures of Aboriginal Australia. We acknowledge and respect their spiritual connection to country and their stewardship of the land that now sustains us all. We pray for ongoing reconciliation for all who call Australia home.
